Amenities were closed!! No breakfast but room was clean an beautiful!

The room was clean and the staff welcoming. We only stayed one night but it was a beautiful place. Hot tub, reading room with a fireplace, games for children/teens...all very nice!

Room was nice, check in slow & unfortunately I did not see when I booked the $15 parking fee which seemed extreme since there was plenty of land with plenty of empty parking spaces. Just build all the fees into the room charge & stop nickeling & diming people. I would never choose to stay here again just because of that. We have been coming to Branson for 40 years-Never have paid to park at hotel/resort, also never stayed at hotel with no breakfast free or otherwise. Guess timeshare folk don’t pay to park must be in their HOA fees-nice

I'm pretty sure we were supposed to have a jacuzzi tub..there was NO jets in the tub. It was 25 degrees outside, and you couldn't get to the lobby from your room without going outside..I'm 85, wasn't going out in that..room set at 65 when we got there, finally got it to 72 and then for sleeping we wanted it at 68 so the air conditioner comes back on to cool it down to 68. Ours at home would just stop altogether until the room got to 68 and then run when needed for the requested temp. I hate those lumpy mattresses...like sleeping in sand. also glad I brought my own pillow. It would have been nice to be dropped off at the lobby and gotten to our room, but the room was in a different building....what????? Don't bother with improvements, I'm sure there are other rooms available in Branson that would suit older clientele.

Thank you for posting. We do not offer any rooms with jacuzzi tubs; please check your room description when making a reservation. We are a vacation club rather than a hotel so the building with the lobby where you check in is a Central Facilities building and is a common area for our Den, Movie Room, Fitness Center, Game Room, and Indoor Pool/Hot Tub. There are no guest rooms in that building. Thermostats in rooms may function differently than in your home, and will take some time to adjust to warmer or cooler settings, particularly in extreme weather conditions. We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

The property was nice! The room not so much! They stuck us in the lower level with no view except air conditioning units! The hotel had no restaurant and no breakfast as avertised on your site! They charged for daily parking!! They also made mistakes at the front desk when charging for incidentals! What a shame! I would have considered coming back to that place but after all of that, I think not!

We are sorry your stay did not meet expectations. We do not advertise a restaurant or breakfast. We have a seasonal snack bar by the outdoor pool in season. Parking fees are listed on our website and on our ******* listing. At check in we require a card on file to cover incidentals and room charges. The final bill is settled at checkout. Our villa unit was nice but it was on the lower level, actually the entrance was in the basement but there was a walk out patio so it was nice. Be aware that if you’re not a vacation club member you won’t get the nicer unit. Other than that the villa we had was nice. The freezer in the refrigerator wasn’t working and they sent someone over right away. Very clean and nice.

I thought the $15 per night parking charge was totally inappropriate for this area. There were plenty of empty parking lots nearby to facilitate overflow, and for the Branson area, this type of charge is very rare for resorts unless they are right on major thoroughfares. Seemed rather nickel & dimesh for a Marriott resort.

The assessed parking fee is disclosed on our listing. As a Vacation Club Property, the fee is assessed on any non-owner reservations. We do not charge a Resort Fee as many other properties do, and many activities and amenities are available at no additional charge. Thank you for posting.

We use Marriott Hotels throughout our travels. The location was lovely. The rooms were okay- What surprised us was that there was no breakfast offered or a bar area. I’m not sure if we ever stayed at a Marriott that didn’t have some sort of eating area or bar.
